iliac Golf

Bert LaMar’s career spans decades across multiple sports and into the fashion world influenced by his mother and grandmother. In the early 70’s he started his sports career in skateboarding, competing and traveling with Tony Hawk and Steve Caballero. He then moved to Snowboarding and finally into golf.
Bert created Iliac Golf, with the red crest logo, as a high end and technical brand out of San Diego, CA. The name Iliac comes from a golf bag that spread the shoulder loads to ones iliac crest (hips).

iliac Golf by Bert LaMar offers clothing- shirts and shorts, golf bags, golf headwear and accessories. I was commissioned by iliac to design and develop their new Shopify website. The goal was to convey the timeless and luxury feel of their brand on their website. Bert personally designs each of the products, so we personalized each page with a message / intro about the product from Bert.

I also handled their email marketing and PPC. My efforts gave him, his single best month over 10 years of sales. This collaboration is something I am still proud of today!
